MOSAIC project

Sky Italia is part of the EU MOSAIC project,
an EU-funded initiative (under the Grant Agreement No – LC – 03303874)

This 18-month project aims at creating a centralized, multilingual, and multimodal AI-based hub to enhance the creation, distribution, and accessibility of media content across Europe.

Thanks to the integration of state-of-the-art tools such as AI-based translation, automatic subtitling, and content adaptation, MOSAIC will enable broadcasters, media producers, and independent creators to tackle underutilization and fragmentation of valuable content across linguistic and cultural borders, thus making European media more inclusive, accessible, and competitive in the global digital media landscape.
